  February 8, 2024 - I should of decanted but after a 13 hour day and a late dinner, I just wanted to to crash. Ripe yellow apple, wood smoke, and baking spices with the brightness of lemon zest. The color is a light, but bright yellow. The neutral oak used gives the wine a creamy mouthfeel. A good comfort wine for any night of the week. 12.5% alc. Some slight sediment. With creamy Tuscan shrimp. 02.08.24. Recommended.
