  February 12, 2024 - Promising for the future, but a bit tight and narrow compared with some previous vintages of this wine (I especially love the '15 and '18 vintages). Along with the usual salty plum notes I detect some smoky gravel notes that will hopefully come out even more with time. This was followed over 3 nights and didn't evolve too much over that time, remaining a bit tannic and high-acid throughout. Good at the table. Rating: 90+
