  February 15, 2024 - 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay. Base year 2015 with wines from a reserve perpetuelle. Medium yellow colour, vivid bubbles. Slightly oxidative nose, a bit rustic. Very ripe apple notes. In the mouth, it’s also a bit rustic, not so fine bubbles, decent acidity, everything is not perfectly well integrated. Ok to drink, but not exciting.
