  February 16, 2024 - The aroma has some intersting florals and stone fruit notes, but mostly brioche and toast. Strawberry and red fruit flavors with a candied fruit profile. The toast continues. Decent depth of flavor and the roaring acidity provides a nice backbone.
  
  Good but kind of underwhelming. A little linear and one dimensional. Disgorged July 2021 - not my favorite batch.
