  February 20, 2024 - On the light side of fruit but has a solid core of Chardonnay and well balanced acidity. The label reads "fût de chêne" which means Oak Barrel but there is only the mildest perception of oak. Excellent pairing to oysters, fresh tuna, feta cheese, and anything with a garlic / white sauce. Elegant and refined; this old-vine white Burgundy is a fantastic value at $28. Drink now and within the next 3 years.
