  February 25, 2024 - Greenish yellow. Very fragrant nose, almost Sauvignon Blanc like with a mix of green fruit (kiwi, reineclaude, lime) and tropical notes (mango, papaya), light floral notes as well. Fluid and delicious in the mouth, seems quite ripe, not that acidic, but well balanced. Very good.
