  February 27, 2024 - Unripe pear, a little bit of lemon blossom on the nose. Really pretty. Palate has good tension - enough weight to give it some substance, nice little mineral streak on the finish. Nice, fluid texture. Feels a bit young but it’s lovely now too. Not your sister-in-law’s Sauvignon Blanc (just me? ok). 13%
