As opposed to other oxi bottles this evening, this is just beautiful, mature Chablis with good freshness and flavours that are not associated with apple juice and sherry. This is lean with marks of green fruits, citrus even grass/hay. There’s a lack of depth and complexity perhaps but this is agréable. Chablis tasting with CG/Hasse/Finn.
