  March 4, 2024 - This wine was on a big discount sale in BC Liquor store and I gambled by buying one. Opened it when I got home, had a sip and went straight back to the store and bought 6. Medium body with medium acidity and tight tannin. It has loads of savory flavors with energy to spare. It is a well balanced wine with great red and black fruits. It has the fruits, it has the energy, it has the structure supported by acidity and tannin. It pairs well from pizza/pasta to lamb. Heck, it even goes well with BBQ duck. This wine can be cellared for another 5 to 6 years, even though it drinks well now (with an hour of decanting). I still couldn't imagine there's such a deal from BC liquor store!

  3/6/24, 7:00 PM - @ KillerJones: BC is usually the most expensive place to buy alcohol, and BCLS is the last place for deals, but somehow this wine is a really good deal at BCLS with the big discount (I think it was like $7 off).
  
  I think the wine will be good at the cellar for 5 years. It's still quite good even at day 3.
