  March 6, 2024 - Cork in good condition and decanted off significant sediment an hour before pairing with beef pinwheel steaks. Pours a nearly opaque purplish ruby. Ripe plum, mulberry, forest floor and orange peel on the nose. These carry forward to the palate with medium body, resolved tannins, ample acidity and nice balance. Well kept bottles of this are still in good condition.
