  March 9, 2024 - Deep, full old gold, almost a touch of amber creeping in. Surprisingly good stream of bubbles and a sprite ly mousse. Fully mature but still vibrant and vital. Ginger spice, rich, almost meaty. Good weight. Positive finish. Some oxidative hints as one would expect but far from being oxidised. Possibly not everyone’s cup of tea, but this is lovely. ****1/2
