  March 9, 2024 - Decanted for 30 minutes from a 750 ML bottle. Mature, complex, and subtle. Pairs well with lamb chops. More refined than the Beaucastels of the 80s, which may appeal to some but not to others. The smell and taste profile include red fruits with forest floor and other subtle earthy elements.
  Not likely to improve IMO.
