March 3, 2024 - A blend of 70% Zinfandel, 21% Petite Sirah, 6% Carignane and 3% Mourvedre. The well integrated flavors of plum, molasses, cinnamon, Zin funk, brambles, and a bit of rhubarb dance across the palate. Nicely balanced and very ready to drink. It may continue to develop some bottle sweetness, but it’s delivering plenty of pleasure now. A good dose of sediment. 14.4% alc. With Pierce’s pork BBQ. 03.03.24. Recommended.
