  3/18/24, 4:30 AM - This is my main worry when opening a “young” bottle of quality wine.
  Did you decant it for an hour or so? That typically helps in my experience.
  I had a bottle of 2015 Viña Ardanza over the weekend. Gave it 2 hours in the decanter, then back in the bottle. Made a big difference.
