  March 27, 2024 - Tasted over 3 hrs
  -nearly semi-translucent med dark red
  -slightly smoky bright red fruit with a feral savory funk note
  -med/med+ acidity, med weight stony bright red fruit shell leaves a sappy residue that morphs into med/med+ chalky tannins on the finish along with a bitter tang and a faint caramel wood note
  -really quite good with the red fruit of the vintage and some NSG rusticity, on mature plateau now
