  March 28, 2024 - This Champagne is just getting better and better for every time we revisit. Lovely acidity and plenty of fruit to go with it. Citrus, sourdough, yeast, mineral and fine but lively effervescence. So powerful I recommend food with it. Will only improve with further cellaring.
