  May 18, 2021 - A very fine bottle of straight Chambolle.
  Up on opening - a floral and airy nose, strawberries, some wild and gamey scents, spices, touch of smoke, and darker fruit beneath.
  Palate with cranberries, lingonberries, sour cherries and some rhubarb.
  Darker ripe fruits hiding in a denser layer beneath, along with some oak notes.
  Rather tight and unborn at this stage, lots of dense fruit and lot's material waiting to be unleashed.
  Very good and showing good potential for a bright future.
  Hard to fully asses tonight, but power and material along with balance of acidity clearly present.
  Needs more time.
