March 28, 2024 - Asperg Wine Syndrome Tasting Group: Easter Edition 2024 (Asperg): Tasted blind blind. Clear pale golden color. Nose at first a bit lactic, some cheesy notes but also fine lime zests and fines toasting, very elegant. The lactic notes vanished with time.
On the palate very lean and precise, high acidity, fine lime zests, wonderful mineral core, fine herbs. Deep, elegant and balanced. Long, fine finish. Really beautiful. 93-94215 views
