  April 3, 2024 - Acids are high but so is the dark herbal quality; which makes this moderately enjoyable for the dedicated Cab Franc lover but austere for the average wine drinker. Needs wild game, charred rib-eye steak, duck confit, or other high fat protein. At this price, it's a good value.
