Too direct for my taste but with enough complexity. On the palate it stands out for the fresh stroke of its acidity, a poorly integrated alcohol (14.5 ABV) and a flint finish. Another bottle without substance.
Por copas. Otro vino monovarietal de Assyrtiko de la zona del Egeo. Aromas a melocotón, maracuyá, fruta blanca de pepitas tipo manzana o pera junto con notas herbáceas. Demasiado directo para mi gusto pero con suficiente complejidad. Al paladar destaca por el golpe fresco de su acidez, un alcohol mal integrado (14.5%) y un final de pedernal.
