  Servido por copas. Assyrtiko al 100% procedente de la Macedonia griega. Volumen alcohólico de un 14.0%. En nariz se concentra en ofrecer las esperadas notas a flores de margarita y a fruta ácida como las manzanas, limones maduros y limas. En boca muestra una textura cremosa, de alta acidez y con un final salino y especiado. ¿Botella trampa para turistas? Eso parece.
