  Por copas. De viñas supuestamente centenarias en la Isla de Santorini. Muy simple en nariz, floral con aromas a margaritas, salvia y quizá romero. La acidez citrica se reserva para el paladar de un vino de textura ligera que apenas serviría como aperitivo. Regusto astringente a hueso de melocotón. A otro perro con este hueso.
