Servido por copas. Elaborado exclusivamente con uva indígena Vidiano procedente de la Isla de Creta. Vino fermentado exclusivamente en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Intoxicantes aromas a melon amarillo y a cítricos como limones, naranjas sanguíneas o lichis. Sencillo y superficial.
