April 7, 2024 - Ordered a bottle at Salt of the Earth restaurant. Made by Clay Shannon. This Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for 15 months in French oak. Deep purple color. This was a fuller bodied wine with subtle tannins. Notes of currant, coffee and chocolate. Round finish. 89 points.
