  April 9, 2024 - It was clear from the start that the 2021 Tempier Rosé needed more time than usual, and in its third year it is starting to deliver. The reduction, quite marked at release, has receded considerably, and the customary fruity (watermelon, strawberry, peach, cantaloupe melon) and floral aromas are really starting to shine; the palate displays succulent fruit (especially at a slightly elevated temperature - I recommend it), and the minerally energy, balance (13% ABV) and silky elegance are impeccable; convincing and complete finish with very good length. An excellent vintage for Tempier Rosé. Glad to have a full case left for summer 2024, and it will certainly age well if there is anything left by autumn...
