  April 13, 2024 - This really packs a punch. It's tightly wound, spicy and powerful. It will be interesting to see how it matures over time. Its alcohol content of 15.5% is not noticeable from taste but does fatigue the palate over time. The 2020 doesn't possess the elegance that I associate with Janasse Chaupin, but I have a strange feeling that it may surprise us over time. I'm letting the rest of my bottles rest for at least another five years.
