April 15, 2024 - Jonathan’s/Nick’s 04 Bordeaux (Hawksmoor Guildhall, London): 20210 disgorgement. Pale to mid straw. Interesting nose, fresh but bready, a touch ocidative maybe nodding towards the barrique aging. A touch of spice too, ice weight on the finish with a touch of ginger. Positive but could go either way. ***1/2
