  April 17, 2024 - Insane levels of bubbles, never had to stir a glass of sparkling to release some bubbles before drinking but this was maxed. Plenty of bubbles left day 2! Very full, was better day 2 after some air. Bready, foody, mushrooms, really interesting. Better with snacks/food than as an apertif. Good value for money.
