  April 17, 2024 - Colour: medium gold
  Nose: medium(+) intensity, tertiary, developing. Mango, pineapple, lychee. Rosewater, rose petals. Cream, touch of old oak. Cloves, preserved ginger, honey. Wet stones.
  Palate: medium dry, medium acidity, high alcohol (15%), medium(+) bodied. Medium(+) intensity, medium(+) length finish. Mango, pineapple, lychee. Lemon. Rosewater, rose petals. Cream, touch of old oak. Cloves, preserved ginger, honey. Wet stones. Some bitterness from the high alcohol which offsets the sweetness.
  Conclusions: very good. Can drink now, but suited to further ageing. P&P (pop&pour), not decanted. Purchased retail - this is the most recent release for this wine!
  Seal: natural cork
  DAY 2: still very good, and maybe has smoothed out a little. More mango and cream character, and maybe some fresh ginger too. Honeyed.
