  April 17, 2024 - 80% Garnacha, 10% Tinta Velasco and 10% Tempranillo of vineyards from the villages of Aldeanueva de Ebro, Alfaro, Rincón de Soto, Autol and Calahorra between 40 and 110 years old, with limestone soil. Spontaneous fermentation and aging of 10 months in barrels of various uses of different sizes: 225, 400, 500, 600 L, in steel tanks and in glass damajuanas. Without filtering or clarifying. Black and red fruit, toasted, smoke, juicy, mineral, fresh, long and persistent.
