  April 17, 2024 - The bottle is over the hill but in a very special manner. The wine has lost most of its color, it is a pale brownish. That said, it is salty, and it still maintains that spicy, aromatic peppery character of Grignolino. Underneath, some gentle manure and some less pleasant basement. Therefore, over the hill, difficult to drink but look, very interesting. Moreover, probably stored in terrible conditions by the owner. Nice experience.
