  March 29, 2024 - So checking on how this one developed after almost four years.
  
  Fairly clear is a much less clean cherry impact at first.
  But on the other hand side the wine is also more approachable.
  The slightly overdone oak note from some years ago is already less pronounced.
  
  Acidity surprisingly is quite active and more intense than last time (probably burried underneath the oak).
  
  On the other hand side rather simple at the moment with a long aftertaste though.
  
  Second day…
  
  Now mostly clean red currant, drinks more smoothly, acidity still well present.
  Some slighty floury apple extract at this phase as aftertaste.
  
  But drinks easily now...
