  April 18, 2024 - Dinner at 312 Fish Market (Chicago, IL): Clearly in the richer style of the Keller of old, and I think the vintage played a part of this as well. Still, this is minerally and bright, but a bit big-boned for a feinherb. It's not as crisp and elegant as more recent vintages. That said, this is still pretty impressive in its stature, though I do prefer the modern iterations more.
