  April 19, 2024 - Translucent medium-ruby. Deep nose of potent smoky plum, healthy damp cellar, late-arriving but nostril-filling violets, astringent brambles, earth. Layers of brilliant crunchy cherry and raspberry fruit girded by iron and earthy briar on the ebullient palate. Firm tannin counterpointed by fresh, almost brash acidity. Long finish of echoing red berry, iron granules, fine earth. Young, energetic wine brimming with life. Long evolution ahead.
