  April 20, 2024 - Elegant and somewhat subtle Pinot, probably drinking at its peak just now.
  Light purply-red with bricking the edges. Savory and perfumed nose with ripe strawberry and violet notes. Flavours are quite complex, again more savoury than fruit; the fruit drops off through the mid-palate. Technically speaking, a beautifully executed wine, just a little shy on character.
