  April 21, 2024 - Received my six pack and had to try one. Did not disappoint. Nose of green apple, key lime, and straw. Viscous mouthfeel with a modest hint of minerality. Palate is a tart medley of tropical fruits - passion fruit, mango, and more - alongside lemon custard, sour green apple, citrus rind, and cantaloupe. Evolved with air and gradual warming. Paired with a chicken alfredo, which it cut through nicely. 92+
