February 11, 2024 - As a nice evolution, my last bottle scores best of the lot, as the wine gained intensity and complexity. Mature dark berry nose, with some pepper, menthol and liquorice. Medium bodied, with dark fruit, toast, plum, pepper, garrigue, chocolate. Well structured and balanced.
