April 21, 2024 - Ye Olde Riesling Dinner (SDK - Castro): This is intense and rich, yet balanced, elegant (almost airy on the palate) with yellow fruit, spices, anise, medicinal herbs, and perhaps the subtleist hint of botrytis. The sweetness is well-integrated and the finish is mouth-wateringly tart.
