  April 24, 2024 - 2019 vintage. Deep garnet. Forest floor, wet oak leaves jump out first followed by strawberries, orange peel, cocoa nibs. Morello cherries. Opens to iron rich myoglobin. There is a lot going on. High minus acid and super super fine tannin delivers precision. More underripe strawberry, cherry, currant. All kept in check by the acid.
  
  Long finish. Tannins hold at the end… w/ the pH, long lifespan on this one. Excellent wine. Very reminiscent of Rocheux from Le Cadeau in OR. High praise indeed.
