  April 25, 2024 - Probably should have cellared this but was curious. Drank over 3 days. A bit harsh on first taste but opens up nicely after about a half hour. On day 2 it peaked with flavors in balance. Enjoyable but not highly memorable. Day 3 still holding up but dropping a bit. Will buy it again if I find it at a decent price.
