April 24, 2024 - HWS Bordeaux 2009 vs 2010 (By me): More intense than Phelan Segur 2009 in the same flight. Beautiful dark berries and fresh notes in the bouquet. On the palate blackberries and cherries, bell pepper, cedar, juicy and good acidity and still firm tannin. Textbook St. Estephe and really beautiful, but still too young. Waiting another decade will probably be rewarding. 93++
