  April 25, 2024 - This is what I'm hoping for in aged but inexpensive shiraz. Medium-bodied, bright, with good acidity and blue fruits. It's obviously Australian, but really well balanced and picking up secondary flavors. These Aussie wines seem to develop so slowly under screwcap that I could imagine it going another 10+ years. More or less the same over two nights.
