  November 5, 2023 - Medium gold colour. Small and lively bubbles. Medium (+) and developing nose with bruiced yellow apples, baked lemon, toast, roasted hazelnuts, brioche, mushrooms, chalk and wet stone. Medium (+) taste of bruiced yellow apples, baked lemon, toast, chalk, mushrooms, caramel, honey, brioche and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good NV Champagne. Needed half an hour in the glass to open. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cured meat or mushrooms.
