  November 5, 2023 - Pale ruby colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe strawberry, morello cherry, forest floor, licorice, tobacco, anise, amoke and rose petal. Medium taste of ripe strawberry, morello cherry, forest floor, licorice, tobacco, anise and smoke. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium (+) tannins. Full body. A very good Barbaresco with great potential. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well with beef, lamb or mushrooms.
