What I find fascinating is they were just making wine back then, I'm not sure how much focus on quality there was, but obviously someone cared, because this white wine was still alive. A little musty, but then that blows off. Mostly savory, not a lot of fruit, but in balance, and quite interesting. I thought this was really cool. Would have liked to spend more time with it, but Carl demanded I move on to the next wine!
