  April 28, 2024 - Dense, fat, almost gelatinous, but vibrant and lively acids give it life and energy. Vanilla and a hint of toast declare the presence of plenty of oak from the beginning. A little too much, maybe - hopefully to be gulped down by the wine with time. The other bottle will be kept for longer, might buy more and Watch it develop further.
