  April 28, 2024 - I have grown to dislike bedrock wines over the years. They are all either too acidic or out of balance, angular and almost difficult to consume. There seems to be no harmony and balance in their wines. This particular wine, might go well with extremely rich foods (lamb shank?), but by itself it’s a little weird and I have zero enjoyment.

  4/28/24, 8:40 PM - I’d say it’d be more fair and productive to describe these wines as not a good fit for your palate, rather than out of balance and lacking harmony. It is perfectly fine for a consumer to prefer more fruit forward and hedonistic wines, but don’t think Bedrock’s wines can be fairly described as lacking harmony/balance. Quite the opposite, I’d say.

  4/28/24, 9:18 PM - I mean....this has to be a joke, right? Assuming this is a troll account, that was pretty good! Especially since almost all Bedrock wines are LITERALLY the opposite. Good stuff buddy- I actually laughed out loud :)
