November 17, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, flint and wet stone. Medium tater of ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, toast, flint and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Premier Cru. Needed an hour of air to open. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
