  April 29, 2024 - Lemon and lime dominate the nose, there’s a little undertone of yeasty bread. Opens really fresh and zingy on the palate, there’s crunchy green apple and lime juice. Really pure flavours. Lots of zingy acidity. Great depth all the way through the palate - finishes with a lovely lemon curd flavour. Really liked this.
