  September 18, 2023 - WSET Teaching Level 3 for Burgundy (Stellenbosch): (Tasted Blind): Light yellow colour with a slightly reduced nose of fresh rubber before notes of ripe peach, nectarine and apricot come into view, dusted with oatmeal. A steely, bright, acidic entry with some richness of fruit, breadth to the mid-palate and filled with stone fruits and sweet orange with a touch of sea salt. Medium-bodied with a pleasant leesy sensation underneath, it is finely defined and bounces along. Closes long with some spiced apple and Forelle pear and seems pretty complex.
